Dear Gym Owners and Coaches, As we begin the season I have received several emails concerning appropriate clothing. Although a popular fabric, Spandex it is not on the list of approved material for pants. Please adhere to the dress code by dressing in a professional manner, warm-up pants, Collared shirt or T-shirt With your gym logo and athletic closed toe shoes such as tennis shoes. Thank you in advance for your cooperation. ~ Diane (1/12/11)

Many have been asking the definition of the hinge in level 2. Here it is: The athlete is in a kneel with the arms out front. With a straight body they lean back as far as they can - then come back up. Like a jazz hinge. It is just a lean back on the knees with the arms out front.
