How to Place an Ad on the TxUSAG Web Site

    • Cost: $75.00 for 3 months
    • Payable to: TXUSAG - (no credit cards)
    • Mail to: TX USAG c/o Debbie Williams, 1205 Schumac Lane, Bedford, Texas 76022
    • Email ad, in PDF or Word document format, to: Debbie Williams - - Once check is received by TX USAG, the ad will be posted.

Proceedures for Submitting Meet Information

This section provides information and proceedures for submitting meet information (upcoming meets for calendar, meet results, etc.).

How do I get meet information on the Texas USAG website?

State Sponsored Meets

  • Meet Information: Send meet information, schedules, directions, etc. to Keith Hansen Please include your District number in the subject line or body of your email.
  • Meet Results: Within 48 hours of the conclusion of your competition, Meet Directors must submit the following:
    • For score tracking purposes, all results must be submitted to Debbie Williams in CSV or Excel format.  Click here for instructions on converting results to CSV format.  File name MUST include the host club name and date of meet.
      • (example:  A Great Gym Meet Results 1.1.2007)

    • For posting results on the TxUSAG web site, send results, use 1 of the 2 options listed below:
      • Send HTML files to Keith Hansen– File name must include age group (or team size). DO NOT USE A "#" MARK IN THE FILE NAME.   Click here for instructions on converting Proscore files to html, and preferred file naming conventions.
      • OR
      • Send a link to access your club's website/results to Keith Hansen

Invitational Meets

  • TX USAG will post a link to your club's website free of charge for all Texas clubs (see Meet Information above).
  • Texas clubs who do not own a website may purchase an ad on the TSUSAG website for the purpose of posting meet information (see Classified -> How To Place an Ad on the navigation bar for more information).
  • Out-of-State clubs/organizations may purchase an ad on the TXUSAG website for their meets (see Classified -> How to Place an Ad on the navigation bar for more information).
