Procedures for Submitting Schedules
Obtain Sanction Approval
Before scheduling a meet, the host club must receive official sanction approval from USA Gymnastics.
Prepare the Meet Schedule
Using the meet schedule worksheet, prepare the meet in ProScore with age groups and rotations.
Your meet Schedule Worksheet will need to be sent to your Competition Chair for approval prior to posting. Remember State sponsored meets are not allowed to post schedules anywhere other than the TxUSAG website. Once approved you can send to the State Chair for posting.
Distribute to Participating Clubs and Judges
Send the final approved schedule directly to all clubs registered in the meet by the date on the deadline chart.
After schedule is posted and distributed Rosters need to be created and distributed to attending clubs as soon as possible.
